What insurances are accepted?
At this time we only accept private payment and will gladly provide an invoice (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Do I need a referral?
If you are going to require a superbill to get reimbursement from your insurance you will need a referral.
Is there a no show/cancellation fee?
Yes, we will charge a $45 fee if you do not cancel your session with 24-hour advance notice. As always, there are extenuating circumstances in which we do not apply this penalty.
